Our kitchen team headed by Michael Auerswald, like us in the vineyard, relies on craft work. Fresh, seasonal products are refined and prepared in a variety of ways.
Game from the surrounding woods and trout from the Wisper flowing close by are also on the menu, as well as classics from the Rheingau. You can check out our monthly updated menu here.
For your wine selection get advice from our restaurant manager and sommelier Ronny Licht. In addition to this year's vintage we also have older vintages in our „treasure chamber“ kept ready for you.
In good weather our terrace with a view of the Rhine invites you to linger and enjoy; on cool days the crackle of the fireplace accompanies the evening in the manor house.
There's also some eye candy. We're currently exhibiting the abstract work of the artist Hans Cuypers.
Located near the Rhine paths our estate tavern invites not only ramblers to stop by: families with children are also warmly welcome.
